Standard Shipment

Orders shipped within Taiwan will be sent via the official postal service and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. For orders outside of Taiwan, we utilize the EMS postal system. Deliveries to East Asia generally take 4 to 7 business days. For Europe, America, and Oceania, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery from the time the package is shipped. Note that the number of business days for each shipment may vary based on the destination, excluding holidays and incidental delays.

Special Shipment

The DHL courier is acceptable for specific requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are excluded from each item, except for special campaigns. The collector is responsible for shipping costs, and it is the collector’s responsibility for taxes, loss, or damage in transit.
