Chien Yu Liu will repair or replace manufacturing issues (ex. mechanical defects, porosity in precious metals, etc.) free of charge up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Please retain the receipt and authenticity of the work or pass them on to the gift recipient as the original proofs of purchase are the warranty. 

Please note that the cost to ship the artwork remains your responsibility. If the collector is unable to pick it up from the artist’s studio in Taiwan, a €40 two-way EMS postage fee or a €130 two-way DHL delivery fee will be required before the repairment. Please read through what is and what is not covered by our warranty as the postage fee will not be refunded if the issue is found not to be a manufacturing defect. 

All jewellery can be affected by normal wear and everyday activities. Our warranty does not cover any human damage to jewellery, loss of portion by accidents, mishandling or abusive use, theft, or damage caused by general wear and tear (ex. dents, abrasions, scratches, etc.). We recommend booking a jewellery assessment from the artist to check that the artworks are secure. After a professional cleaning and polish, the jewellery will look bright again.
