Exchange and Return

We want the collectors to be completely satisfied with their order. Under our return policy, if for any reason the collectors are not satisfied with the online purchase, he/she can cancel the order within 7 days of arrival and have 14 days to ship the work back to the artist. 

To make sure that the jewel is kept to perfection, it must be repackaged in the original condition using the same packaging materials used by the artist along with the receipt and authenticity of the work to ensure the smoothest possible return process. Please note that the cost of return shipment remains the collector’s responsibility. 

In the unfortunate event that the online order arrives damaged, we ask the collector to take pictures/videos of the work and the shipping container it arrived in and let us know ASAP at veraelileg@gmail.com, quoting the receipt number and state whether the collector would like a replacement or a refund. We will be quickly in touch to organise the return of the jewellery. 

If purchasing at the physical fairs or galleries, we have a 7-day exchange policy and a no refund policy. To exchange the item, it must be in the same condition of collection and in the original packaging with the proof of purchase. The collectors will be responsible for the exchange shipping cost. Commissioned works, and items made of gold and platinum are exempt from being exchanged or refunded.
